Like many of you, during my almost 60 years on the planet I’ve played many roles: that of biology and health teacher, sex education consultant, small business owner, volunteer, wife, mom, and friend.  Throughout those years, my interests have encompassed the areas of nutrition, reproductive health, and alternative healing modalities (such as homeopathy, aromatherapy and herbal remedies). I’ve had the life experiences of becoming a mom at age 41, managing menopause symptoms naturally, struggling with sleep issues, working on maintaining a weight loss and exercise routine, all while trying to create a balance between the different aspects of my life.

My certification through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition has given me a way to merge what I’ve learned from the program with the roles, interests and experiences of my life. To me, being a health coach is not just a career; it is a calling and I’m excited to help you become the best and healthiest YOU possible! I truly believe we have the answers to most of our health and wellness questions within ourselves, often locked up somewhere in the story of who we are and where we have come from. We just need someone to listen, help us clarify our goals, offer direction and provide support along the way. I look forward to hearing your story and helping you on your own, personal wellness journey!
